Training Co-ordinator

We are looking for a Training Co-ordinator to support the Senior Project Manager and wider team in managing internal and external projects.

  • Job Description

    Project Support

    • Support the Senior Project Manager by project managing, coordinating, and delivering the logistics for client training programmes
    • Take a project management approach, managing across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure streamlined delivery of projects
    • Act as the main point of contact for our external stakeholders and internal training team for the projects you manage
    • Identify, assess, and act on or escalate project risk as appropriate
    • Keep project plans and project documentation updated and seek continuous improvement
    • Write key communications to clients and training participants

    Processes and Tech

    • Manage the Vimeo accounts for clients, upload videos and share with the client
    • Assist with updating Trello, managing boards, drafting project timelines, and capturing information for project set up
    • Use our learning platform (Mindtickle) to support with client set up, releasing training, admin for projects and checking the status of projects
    • Assist with maintaining the project tracker and raising any issues with the Senior Project Manager
    • Maintaining the Trello boards for projects and ensuring all information and attachments are up to date, regularly updating the team of changes
    • Support the Senior Project Manager with managing internal and external systems/processes, proactively ensure we have the most suitable tech in place for our business, creating simple guides and training the team as appropriate

    Monitoring and Evaluation

    • Creating and capturing feedback from data polls in Mindtickle and Survey Hero, documenting and maintaining a master spreadsheet, identifying trends, risks/issues and sharing insights with wider team members and making recommendations for improvements based on the results

    Event Management & Business Support

    • Event project management and logistics, including support on live events, webinars, and virtual events
    • Ad-hoc research and collation of options for suppliers, processes, and business efficiencies

    Flexible work setup
    This is a remote working role with the option of flexible working.

    Skills and experience – required

    • Experience of undertaking project planning and management activities
    • Experience and ability to run concurrent activities and managing conflicting deadlines and priorities
    • Excellent and demonstrable organisational and administrative skills including use of relevant IT programmes (Microsoft Suite)
    • Ability to work under in a fast-paced environment and manage a busy and diverse workload
    • Excellent interpersonal skills: the ability to deal with people at all levels, internally and externally in a confident and professional manner
    • Strong problem solving and multitasking skills

    Skills and experience – helpful but not essential

    • Knowledge and experience of Trello, Slack and Sharepoint
    • Worked with online training platforms previously

    • Salary dependent on experience, £30k circa
