Project co-ordinator

We are looking for a Project Co-ordinator to support the Senior Project Manager and wider business manage internal & external projects

  • What the job involves

    Project support

    • Support the Senior Project Manager overseeing the project management of client projects
    • Managing the Vimeo accounts for clients, upload videos and share with the client
    • Assist with updating Trello, drafting project timelines, and capturing information for project set up, for example delegate lists
    • Be familiar with online learning platforms and be able to support with client set up, releasing training, admin for projects and checking the status of projects
    • Assist with maintaining the project tracker and raising any issues with the Senior Project Manager
    • Maintaining the Trello board for project comms and ensuring all information and attachments are up to date, regularly updating the team of changes
    • Capturing feedback from data polls in an online learning platform and maintaining the spreadsheet for each client throughout the project, sharing insights with wider team members
    • Creating training feedback surveys and links and making recommendations for improvements based on the results
    • Event project management and logistics, including support on live events, webinars, and virtual events


    Business support

    • Ad-hoc research and collation of options for suppliers, processes, and business efficiencies

    • Skills and Experience we are looking for
      Office suite – Word, Excel, PP, Outlook
      Strong problem solving and multitasking skills
      Strong communication skills
      Knowledge and experience of Trello (not essential)
      Worked with online training platforms previously (not essential)
    • Flexible work setup
      This is a remote working role with the option of flexible working.
  • What we offer
    • Salary dependent on experience, circa £25-30k
    • Generous holiday allowance
    • Training and support to develop you into an outstanding Project Manager and beyond

    PLEASE NOTE: This role is for 35 hours a week and we are very open to flexible working. You may want to have a chat with Sarah to discuss this further before you apply to ensure its right for you.

        You will have a proven track record in sales or sales leadership within a B2B environment.
      3. Flexible work setup
        You’ll be able to deliver learning remotely or face-to-face. Technical know-how is a must.
