  • What you’ll need
    1. A commitment to developing yourself and others
      You have a growth mindset, you enjoy personal development, and you get a buzz from helping salespeople reach their potential. You understand sales and keep an eye on what’s changing- you have a stance on the industry. You quickly take on new concepts, you can think on your feet and you easily adapt to different group dynamics. You have gravitas, warmth, and presence.
      Your energy will engage and enthuse those around you. You are comfortable debating, challenging, and holding people to account.
    2. A track record of excellence
      You will have a proven track record in sales or sales leadership within a B2B environment.
    3. Flexible work setup
      You’ll be able to deliver learning remotely or face-to-face. Technical know-how is a must.
