Founder & CEO (CIPD qualified)
Raoul is an engaging speaker, host, trainer, coach and self-confessed sales-geek. He is passionate about driving the performance of B2B companies.
He has been consulting and training in the world of sales for over a decade, having previously been in sales and commercial leadership roles prior to this.
He is an ultra-marathon runner, a film-buff and an avid reader of business books.
COO (CIPD qualified)
Richard keeps the business moving and ensures we meet our high expectations of customer delivery.
He has been in sales for over 20 years, working in a variety of senior commercial roles before joining Flume in 2011.
Outside of work, he enjoys running, brewing beer and watching his children play competitive sports.
Head of Sales Performance
Paul leads our team of Sales Performance Coaches. He’s seen a huge change in B2B sales during that time and loves to share Flume’s new approach to sales and sales development.
He has over 15 years of experience working within sales and sales training in businesses including AOL, BBC Worldwide and Moneysupermarket.
Outside of work Paul is normally on a bike either getting muddy on the South Downs or flying around London. He’s a passionate music fan and loves eating whenever possible.
Head of Marketing and Operations
Nicky works across all of the business and has the job of organising the team and our processes. She also makes sure we are shouting more about the great things we are doing.
She has over 20 years’ experience in both B2B and B2C including integrated marketing, communications, digital and project management.
Outside of work, she enjoys running, cooking and spending time with friends. She tries to fit these in around her second job, a taxi service for her kids!
Head of Client Success
Katie enjoys working collaboratively with clients and challenging their way of thinking to deliver innovative and creative solutions.
She has 12 years’ experience working in B2B sales for businesses ranging from start-ups to FTSE 250 listed companies. She has worked in sales and commercial leadership roles on both long-established products as well as successful new launches.
Katie enjoys running, walking, baking and tidying whilst dashing around after her young children!
Head of Sales
Anna joined Flume after 19 years of working for brands including Reddit, Pinterest, Condé Nast and Sky. In her most recent roles, she worked on multi-million-dollar global deals with market leading brands, including Gucci, Apple, Lenovo, Adobe, Danone, Mars and Nestlé.
As a salesperson, Anna understands the importance of a coaching culture, based on feedback, reinforcement and praise. Flume’s bespoke training structure helps sales teams build habits that stick, drives measurable results and KPIs, and puts the buyer at the heart of everything we do… and she should know, because she’s doing the training too!
Anna loves reading the Booker shortlist, walking her dog on the beach, being on time for the school run and championing women in any environment.
Senior Project Manager
Sarah loves developing longstanding relationships with clients and stakeholders.
She has over 20 years’ experience working in Events, Marketing, Project Management and Comms roles for Start-ups, SME’s and renowned organisations such as Lloyd’s, Aviva, Roche and Tesco. She has worked on many projects helping to create effective strategies and processes, including marketing plans, social media initiatives and complex projects.
Outside of work Sarah can mainly be found boxing, spinning or running and looking after her 6-year-old, all high energy activities!
Training Co-ordinator
Nadia supports the Senior Project Manager and wider business with both internal and external projects.
She has over ten years’ experience of working in the training industry, managing and co-ordinating client training programmes. She enjoys building client relationships and thrives on the positive impact that the right training can have on individuals and their organisations.
When Nadia isn’t running around after her two daughters, she enjoys walking her dogs, cooking and going to Live Events.
Sales Performance Coach
Suk has a passion for developing sales professionals to enhance performance and careers. He is an experienced facilitator who consistently strives towards delivering effective training focused on making a difference and embedding the learning for delegates.
He has over a decade of experience as a salesperson, people-manager, presenter and trainer, but the common thread is his passion for coaching and developing teams.
He is a part time Tennis Coach, so the development of others is his total focus, whether that be in-person, via video conference or on the court!
Sales Performance Coach
Cherry is dedicated to designing and facilitating training that improves professional performance and supports teams to put their learning into action.
Her person-centered approach focuses on implementing new ways of working as soon as possible, incorporating plenty of practice and facilitating learners to solve their own challenges.
Her sectors experience includes, Pharmaceutical. Healthcare, FMCG and Consumer Technology/Electronics.
