Whilst filming our Sales Shorts series we took the opportunity to ask our Head of Sales Performance for some key sales tips. We also picked our favourite sales tips videos from Raoul that we share with our clients.
Flume Sales Shorts are 15-minute chats with industry leaders to educate and inspire the B2B sales community. They are focused on Sales, Sales Leadership and Sales Enablement.

Peter and Raoul discuss the secret of developing a great sales team and some of the lessons Peter has learnt along the way. They also talk more about the Nineteen Sales Academy, why it was created and the benefits that come from them.
During lockdown we set up ‘Flume Sales Chats which gave us the idea for our Sales Shorts Series. The insights on what does and doesn’t work is still extremely interesting, relevant and useful so we have kept them on here. Topics include ‘Getting the most from remote sales teams’ ‘Driving and engage and high-performing sales team right and becoming a Linkedin expert’
