He has been consulting and training in the world of sales for over a decade, having been in sales and commercial leadership roles prior to this.
He is an ultra-marathon runner, a film-buff and an avid reader of business books.

He has over 15 years’ experience working within sales and sales training in businesses including AOL, BBC Worldwide and Moneysupermarket.
Outside of work Paul is normally on a bike either getting muddy on the South Downs or flying around London. He’s a passionate music fan and loves eating whenever possible.

As a salesperson, Anna understands the importance of a coaching culture, based on feedback, reinforcement and praise. Flume’s tailored training structure helps sales teams build habits that stick, drives measurable results and KPIs, and puts the buyer at the heart of everything we do… and she should know, because she’s doing the training too!
Anna loves reading the Booker shortlist, walking her dog on the beach, being on time for the school run and championing women in any environment.

He also has experience selling at the other end of the spectrum, having launched his own VoiceOver business in 2021, which he still operates today. His clients have included MINI, McKinsey & Co, UCLA & Microsoft.
When he isn’t coaching or recording in his studio, Ed can be found walking and cycling around the Chilterns with his family, mucking about in sailing boats or enjoying a good pint with friends at one of his local pubs.
