Raoul’s passion is sales. His goal is to enable sales teams and commercial leaders to thrive in today’s media market.
He is the founder, director and lead trainer of Flume with over a decade of experience in sales, management, sales training and coaching. Raoul has spoken at a number events and webinars for organisations such as the PPA, SIIA, Media Briefing and at numerous client conferences.
He is an ultra-marathon runner, a film-buff and an avid reader of business books.
Richard has worked in the media and events industry for over 20 years, working in a variety of senior commercial roles at UBM before joining Flume in 2011.
He has vast experience in leading sales teams and is CIPD qualified in Learning & Development. His main role is to run the business and ensure we meet our high expectations of customer service. This involves him getting involved in every part of the business from marketing, developing new courses and content, managing staff and suppliers and, most importantly, meeting and listening to our clients.
Outside of work, he enjoys swimming, a craft beer or two and binge-viewing of box sets.
Paul has over 15 years of experience working within media and ad technology. He has worked as in-house trainer at AOL and Friday Media and Sales Director at BBC Worldwide, Moneysupermarket and Rakuten Marketing.
He’s seen a huge change in B2B sales during that time and loves to share Flume’s new approach to sales.
Outside of work Paul is normally on a bike either getting muddy on the South Downs or flying around London. He’s a passionate music fan and loves eating whenever possible.
Nicola has over 20 years experience in integrated marketing, communications, digital and project management.
Due to our expansion Nicola has recently joined to support Richard in the day-to day running of the business and to lead our marketing activity. She has the job of organising the team and getting us to shout more about the great things we are doing!
Suk has over a decade of experience as a salesperson, people-manager, presenter and trainer, but the common thread is his passion for coaching and developing teams. Suk has worked on some high-profile UK and international projects with Flume, producing excellent feedback and tangible results.

Anna is a strategic sales leader and business development director. She is passionate about working with and developing people, combining excellent communication skills, process innovation and project management always with the customer in mind.
She is a qualified practitioner for Lumina Spark, the latest innovation in professional development and assessment tools that breaks free from the world of dry, out-of-date psychometrics and stereotyping personality tests.
Ali has over 25 years of experience as a trainer in sales, management, customer services and communication skills training. She is passionate about helping people grow to achieve more and does this through her lively, focused and inspiring approach.

Rosie, Actress turned freelance Trainer, Coach and Wellbeing Specialist is on a personal mission to empower every corporate employee to have a positive mindset, become more self-aware and improve mental health. Having worked in the corporate sector herself for over eight years in sales and target driven environments, Rosie has seen first-hand how important it is to look after both physical AND mental health to be able to perform and collaborate effectively.
Rosie has worked in both corporate and third sectors in high level sales, recruitment and partnerships roles. She has managed and trained teams across the globe in both London and Hong Kong.
