While Flume has a focus on sales and management training within the Media & Events sector, you are likely to be a subject or sector specialist that would add a complementary addition to Flume’s existing offering. We are open to conversations from sales and management trainers, but we are certainly not limited to these areas of specialism.
You might be a sales expert in a related sector such as events, agencies, institutions or from another sector entirely. Or perhaps you are a subject specialist in marketing, digital, leadership, team building, customer service, negotiation, presentation, or account management.
Whatever your field of expertise, you will be passionate about sharing your knowledge and experience through educating others to help them master their craft. You will have the confidence to deliver group workshops and individual coaching sessions and be flexible and able to adapt to the needs of both junior and experienced sales people.
Above all, you will be interested in exceeding client expectations through well designed and engaging training that delivers real behavioural change.
