    Raoul is the Founder of Flume and he is passionate about driving performance of B2B companies. He is an engaging speaker, host, trainer, coach and self-confessed sales-geek.

    He has been consulting and training in the world of sales for over a decade, having previously been in sales and commercial leadership roles prior to this.

    He is an ultra-marathon runner, a film-buff and an avid reader of business books.

    Richard Myles

    Director (CIPD qualified)

    Richard has been in sales for over 20 years, working in a variety of senior commercial roles before joining Flume in 2011.

    He keeps the business moving and ensures we meet our high expectations of customer delivery. This involves him getting involved in every part of the business from sales, marketing, developing new courses and content, managing staff and suppliers and, most importantly, meeting and listening to our clients.

    Outside of work, he enjoys running, brewing beer and watching his children play competitive sports.

    Paul has over 15 years of experience working within media and ad technology. He has worked as in-house trainer at AOL and Friday Media and Sales Director at BBC Worldwide, Moneysupermarket and Rakuten Marketing.

    He’s seen a huge change in B2B sales during that time and loves to share Flume’s new approach to sales.

    Outside of work Paul is normally on a bike either getting muddy on the South Downs or flying around London. He’s a passionate music fan and loves eating whenever possible.

    Ian W. Blunt

    Lead Trainer & Coach

    Ian has worked in sales & customer service for almost a decade and has done it all. Working for major companies like Coca-Cola South Africa, Panasonic Australia & Park West Gallery USA, he has sold all over the world. This has given Ian a greater understanding of what buyers really want and the reasons why they don’t buy. He then took this skill set further and become a sales trainer for under performing sales teams and helped them not only hit their target, but create a greater sales consistency month-on-month.

    When he isn’t reading a book or writing one of his own, Ian is an avid sports fan and follows soccer, rugby, the NFL and Tennis. He also enjoys a good hike or trail walk.
